Since 2012 we live in Portugal and next to our property we will build a new villa with a pool on a nice plot of 2900 m2.

The project will be delivered in high quality with a qualified constructor under supervision of a well known architect.

Construction has started in april 2015 and will be finished in october 2016.

The villa is situated in Vinhó on a nice plot with views with lots of privacy but not too far away from several neighbours.

Vinho is part of the municipality of Arganil, a small town in the Coimbra-region.

The nearest shops are in Coja, only 10 minutes away from the property.

You reach Coimbra in 45 minutes, the airport of Porto in 2 hours.

 

It is possible to buy the house after it has been finished, however it could be interesting to buy the land and the project earlier.

Not only it means financial profits, you also have the possibility to make your own choices in materials, colours, etc.
